How can I prepare my organization's website?

Organize your website content before starting a project - it's not a requirement, but it definitely makes a project run smoother and is our preference in accepting the project. Follow these steps to prepare your website:

  • Edit your website content. Focus on getting accurate information. Make sure deadlines and other important details are correct.
  • Clean out old or unused content. Some websites simply accumulate pages over time. These pages can make your project longer to develop and maintain without any real benefit to your site's visitors.
  • Get rid of duplicate pages. Duplicate paragraphs or pages of text will just confuse your audience and are difficult to manage and keep accurate.
  • Follow best practices for web content. People read websites differently than other media. Your users will appreciate it.
  • Review the A&S style guide

How long does a website project take?

It depends. Based on the details you provide through the website project request form and our current project schedule, we can estimate if and when the website project can begin and how long it may take to complete.
