New features are based on the collective needs of our clients. For departments who need more specialized features like application development, instructional technology or desktop support, we can refer you to other resources.
Maintenance
We maintain and improve the content management system and website long-term and do the following maintenance:
- Upgrades to website technology. When a new browser comes out, the A&S Web Team will test and upgrade the system.
- Technical backup and fixes to bugs and other problems.
- Security to prevent spam and periodic reviews.
- Training for the people who update the content.
